Springfield-based real estate investment and development firm O'Reilly Development Co. LLC has named two new partners and added a director-level position.
Kevin Harris and Hunter Hein join founding partners Patrick O'Reilly and Denise Heintz, according to a news release. Both partners started this month.
“With the strength and experience they bring to our team, we look forward to significant expansion and growth with our mission to serve our investors and community by delivering an exceptional residential experience where people matter most," O'Reilly said in the release.
The three new hires join O'Reilly Development from San Antonio, Texas-based TPB Wealth Advisors, according to the latter company's website.
Harris was hired as partner and chief investment officer for O'Reilly Development. He brings 25 years of experience in business and asset management. Harris was president and chief investment officer of TPB.
Hein was named partner with oversight of development and acquisitions, according to the release. At TPB, he was a director and investment strategist.
O'Reilly Development also announced the hiring this month of Ashley Simpson as director of investor relations. She previously was a managing director and wealth strategist at TPB.
O'Reilly Development specializes in senior living, affordable housing, historic preservation and student living projects, according to its website.
