BigPxl
Full-service digital marketing agency BigPxl changed its name from JumpSix Marketing LLC as part of a rebranding effort that went into effect Dec. 11. Sales Director Drew Owen said the move refocuses the agency, which offers search engine optimization, social media, web design and development, videography, photography and inbound marketing services. Rebranding costs for the company, co-owned by Rick Morsovillo and Jeff Sneed, were around $100,000, Owen said, adding expenses included signage, advertising and marketing materials. At 1335 E. Bradford Parkway, the 35-employee firm works out of 7,500 square feet in a building owned by Morsovillo. Morsovillo, Sneed, Landon McCarter and Ryan Jennings first launched the agency in 2014, Owen said, noting Jennings left it in 2018, followed by McCarter in 2019. Owen said Morsovillo and Sneed also co-own TeleChoice, a telemarketing company specializing in the commercial janitorial industry.

Russell Cellular Inc.
At a total cost around $8 million, including $6 million in construction, Russell Cellular Inc. wrapped up its headquarters project in October at 4125 Wilson Creek Marketplace Road in Battlefield. Operations Vice President Jeven Russell said the company’s 125 employees moved into the facility in phases around Oct. 28 and Nov. 25, as interior work was finishing. The roughly 41,000-square-foot facility consolidated multiple leased offices and brought human resources, inventory, payroll and other departments under one roof. Larry Snyder and Co. was general contractor, with architecture work by H Design Group LLC. The facility includes a training center, catering kitchen and staff marketplace for food and drink services, said Nathan Mindeman, vice president of sales operations. With $650 million in 2019 revenue, Russell Cellular operates 650 Verizon stores with over 2,700 employees nationwide. Its previous building at 5624 S. State Highway FF in Battlefield is for sale, with a LoopNet.com listing showing the 8,750-square-foot facility priced at $789,000 through Wilhoit Properties.

The Gracious Plate
Catering and ready-to-eat meal delivery business The Gracious Plate relocated Nov. 18 to Chesterfield Village after two years on College Street. Owner Katie Baker said the three-employee venture now operates out of a commercial kitchen inside digital commerce firm Classy Llama Studio LLC’s 2215 W. Chesterfield Blvd. headquarters. Started in 2017, The Gracious Plate previously utilized kitchen space inside Redneck Nutz, 2127 W. College St. Baker said her business has an emphasis on serving customers with food allergies or diet restrictions, noting her delivery service is similar to Blue Apron or HelloFresh. She said she buys ingredients from local farmers as much as possible for her gluten-free menu that includes ethnic foods from Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. Deliveries are currently made on Saturdays, Baker said, adding she soon intends to be offering lunch delivery options Tuesday through Friday, as well as online ordering. Catering is available by request.
