A New York City-based international real estate brokerage has made its return to the market.
Real estate agent Larry Milton is serving as managing broker for the venture called NAI Branson-Springfield, according to a news release. It's the fifth office opening this year for NAI Global.
“By joining NAI Global, I am capitalizing my 30 years of local commercial real estate brokerage experience with a national firm in NAI Global, the No. 4 commercial real estate brand in the world, according to the 2022 Lipsey Survey," Milton said in the release. "Our affiliation will place Branson and Springfield on the national stage when it comes to real estate investments and serve as an additional resource to my regional clients."
NAI Branson-Springfield additionally will work in Ozark and Nixa. Its services include transaction management for property investors and facilitating land development projects.
Milton, who also is the city of Branson's mayor, has worked as an independent commercial broker in the Branson and Springfield markets since moving to the area in 1993, according to the release.
NAI Global previously operated in the area through a franchise agreement with NAI Enterprise LLC, an entity launched by the Williams family of businesspeople, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting.
Viviana Writer, a partner with Titus Williams in Prosperiti Brokers, said via email that Williams closed NAI Enterprise in 2019.
