Nike plans to cut at least 500 jobs at its world headquarters near Beaverton, Oregon.
Officials with the company last week said layoffs worldwide would result in termination costs of $200 million to $250 million.
The company is expected to lay off more than the 500 employees in Oregon, The Associated Press reports.
