Volt Credit Union received the Dora Maxwell Social Responsibility Community Service Award from the Heartland Credit Union Association. The honor recognized Volt’s 85K Sparks initiative to create 85,000 moments of impact in the community in celebration of the credit union’s 85th anniversary.

Edward Jones financial adviser Weston Kissee was named to the Forbes Next-Gen Best-in-State Wealth Advisors for 2022. He ranked No. 14 in Missouri on the nationwide list of 1,000 financial advisers under age 40 with at least four years of experience. Kissee has served area investors for 14 years.

Health Care
Citizens Memorial Hospital promoted Christina Bravata to director of grants management and Wren Hall to director of community relations and development. Working at CMH since 2017 as the program manager of CMH Addiction Recovery, Bravata is responsible for developing a grants department. She previously worked as a nurse education program developer between local hospitals and universities in the Bronx, New York, area. Hall, a CMH employee since 2007 and formerly community relations director, continues to coordinate events but also works on philanthropic support through donor engagement. She has 23 years of health care experience in public relations, communications and donor relations.

Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation named Austin McCrickard as a chaplain for Citizens Memorial Hospice, succeeding the retiring Randy Watkins. McCrickard worked at Citizens Memorial Hospital from 2008-18, most recently a three-year stint as assistant director of nutritional services. He holds a bachelor’s in theology from Bear Valley Bible Institute in Denver.

Hospitality
O’Reilly Hospitality Management LLC moved Wes Stoner to sales director at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Center from sales director at its Holiday Inn Express & Suites. He has 25 years of hospitality experience in the Branson and Springfield area, the last seven years spent in hotel sales.

Insurance
Ollis/Akers/Arney retained its Best Practices status for the fourth consecutive year from the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America. Over 2,600 agencies nationwide were nominated to take part in the annual study and 282 agencies qualified for the honor.

Law
Spencer Fane LLP added Henry Sivils as an associate in the firm’s real estate practice group. Previously working as a law clerk, he holds a bachelor’s in sociology and a Juris Doctor from University of Missouri.

Manufacturing
Vital FarmsEgg Central Station was named Food Processing magazine’s 2022 Green Plant of the Year. The facility was recognized for its commitment to sustainability, from buying pasture-raised eggs to its recyclable packaging and its outdoor native plant landscaping.

Sales & Marketing
Sarah Nenninger joined Mostly Serious LLC as director of engagement, a new position, responsible for marketing and advertising strategies for the company and its clients. She previously worked as the executive director of marketing and communication at Drury University.

Joe Howard was named a partner at Kingsley Group. A business broker with the firm for four years, he also has owned several businesses in southwest Missouri.
