Legacy Bank & Trust Co. hired Jerrod Harmon as a vice president and commercial lender. He’s worked in banking since 2015 and previously held the same role for Mid-Missouri Bank.
Old Missouri Bank hired Ashlee Radford and Devon Angus to lead its newly created Treasury Services Department. Radford brings 20 years of industry experience to her role as senior vice president and department director. She most recently served as senior vice president and director of corporate services at Guaranty Bank and holds a bachelor’s in leadership and organizational studies from Drury University. As treasury services officer, Angus has 14 years of experience, most recently as corporate services assistant with Guaranty Bank. She holds a bachelor’s in general business from Missouri State University.
Arvest Bank was named to Forbes magazine’s 2022 list of the Best Employers for Diversity. Based on surveys of 60,000 U.S. employees, companies with a minimum of 1,000 workers were scored on direct and indirect recommendations, diversity among top executives and board members, and a set of diversity engagement indicators.
Ireland Architects Inc. hired Mat Baran as a project coordinator. He previously worked in the city of Springfield’s Development Services Department and holds a bachelor’s in architecture and an MBA from Drury.
Branco Enterprises Inc. Safety Director Terry Vaughn earned his certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He joined Branco in 2008 and has 17 years of industry experience developing, implementing, and managing health and safety policies and procedures in the field and the office.
The Ozark Board of Education swore in incumbent member Sarah Adams Orr and newly elected member Mark Jenkins. Orr was elected to the president role, while Patty Quessenberry was voted as vice president for the 2022-23 school year.
CoxHealth hired Andrea McKay, the chief ambulatory officer at Cody Regional Health in Wyoming, as president of Cox Monett Hospital. Effective in June, she succeeds retiring interim president Genny Maroc. McKay, an Indiana native, has 26 years of health care leadership experience, including roles in hospital strategy, operations and business development. She holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a master’s in organizational management from Bluffton University in Ohio.
Community Blood Center of the Ozarks hired Eric Lampe as senior director of accounting. He is responsible for the preparation of financial information, long-term planning budgeting and compliance requirements.
Elkins-Swyers Co. Inc. promoted Ethan Tyree to Missouri’s customer relations manager/election specialist. He is responsible for implementing transparent election technology, election procedures and training to the counties statewide. In business since 1910, Elkins-Swyers has been a printing and election services provider in the state of Missouri and is now servicing Arkansas, Colorado, Wisconsin, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida, West Virginia, Minnesota and Kansas.
Taney County Partnership added Dennis Wiggins as director of business retention and expansion. He has 30 years of experience in sales and operations, and previously worked in workforce development roles at the Missouri Job Center and Ozarks Regional Missouri Job Center.
Springfield-based Ozarks Elder Law expanded its footprint in Nixa; Skin Wax Ink changed its location and name; and food truck The Deck Pizza Co. opened.
