Regent Bank added Cindy Harris as a branch manager. She has 30 years of banking experience, most recently with The Bank of Missouri.

Ameriprise Financial private wealth adviser Paula Dougherty was named to the Forbes Best-in-State Women Wealth Advisors. The list is based on assets under management, industry experience, compliance records and demonstration of best practices with clients.

Forbes recognized Arvest Bank in its Best Employers 2022. In the large employer category with more than 5,000 employees, the bank was selected based on independent surveys through Statista that evaluated participants’ willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family, as well as their rankings for working conditions, salary, potential for development and company image.

Communications
Russell Cellular Inc. promoted Nicole Valentine to operations director. She’s worked for the Verizon retailer since 2011, first as a property manager and most recently as operations manager. She oversees 13 team members to provide operations support at all Russell Cellular stores.

Education
The Willard Board of Education selected Eric Wilken to succeed Matt Teeter as superintendent of schools, effective July 1. Wilken has served as Willard’s assistant superintendent of operations since July 2021, and he previously worked as superintendent of Weaubleau Schools for 11 years.

Missouri State University College of Education interim dean Barri Tinkler was named to the permanent position. She’s worked for MSU as an associate dean and professor of education since August 2019 and also served as the interim department head of counseling, leadership and special education in 2020.

Entertainment
Summit International Awards selected a Branson cooperative marketing campaign managed by ShowsTown LLC for a Silver in marketing effectiveness. Funded by a ticket fee charged by more than 50 shows, the group developed BransonShowTicketsDirect.com for sales and purchased digital marketing on the Google, Microsoft and Facebook ad networks. The campaign is credited with generating 2.3 million website page views, 8 million ad impressions and a 10-to-1 return on ad spending.

Citizens Memorial Hospital added advanced practice providers Shawn Brigance, Jennifer Gamber, Jennifer Joy, Pam Kepus, Abigayle McGrew, Jennifer Parmalee, Caressa Patel, Erin Payne and Tia Phillips. Brigance is an adult gerontology nurse practitioner at Butterfield Park Medical Center in Bolivar and provides care to residents at four CMH Foundation long-term care facilities. Gamber is a nurse practitioner at the CMH Walk-In Clinic in Bolivar. Joy is a family nurse practitioner for CMH’s hospitalist program. Kepus is an advanced practice nurse at the Stockton Family Medical Center. McGrew is a physician assistant at the El Dorado Springs Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic. Parmalee is a physician assistant at CMH Urology Surgical Clinic and CMH Surgical Services Clinic in Bolivar. Patel is a physician assistant at CMH Neurology and Headache Center and the Missouri Memory Center. Payne is a physician assistant at the Willard Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic. Phillips is a family nurse practitioner at the Ash Grove Family Medical Center.
