Banking and Finance
Guaranty Bank added Kristy Chastain as vice president and commercial relationship manager. She has 13 years of banking experience and most recently served as chief operating officer for Springfield Sign. Chastain earned a bachelor’s in mathematics from Missouri State University.

Central Bank of the Ozarks added Jon Fulp as assistant vice president and commercial lender and Jason Ball as assistant vice president and commercial lender. With a bachelor’s in finance from Drury University and an MBA from Missouri State University, Fulp develops and manages commercial loan portfolios. Ball is responsible for developing and managing commercial loan portfolios in Christian County.

Central Bank of the Ozarks promoted Brittney Mickelson to vice president and loan operations manager, Jeff Jones to vice president and commercial loan officer, and Melanie Setser to vice president and relationship manager. Mickelson has 14 years of experience in banking. With 10 years working in financial services, Jones is responsible for developing new commercial loan relationships and servicing current customer accounts. Setser is manages and assists clients with their personal banking.

Construction
Solera Energy LLC added Kris Standiford as its first director of marketing. Previously working as a senior account executive for Mid-West Family Broadcasting, she handles Solera Energy’s brand awareness in the local market.

Education
Drury University was honored by the Council for Advancement and Support for Education for its fundraising efforts in the 2017-19 fiscal years. The annual award recognizes exemplary development programs based on a blind review of data submitted to CASE Voluntary Support of Education.

College of the Ozarks named Weston Wiebe as chief operating officer. He started at the college as a professor before transitioning to vice president for vocational programs in 2019. Wiebe, a C of O alumnus, manages day-to-day operations in his new role.

Law
Stange Law Firm PC added family law attorney Graham Berryman as an associate attorney. He has 20 years of legal experience, including document reviewer for Consilio Services and assistant city counselor and legal investigator for the St. Louis City Counselor’s office. Berryman earned a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University.

Municipal
The Springfield-Greene County Library District received a $640 grant for its program series, Death & Dying: Conversations on End-of-Life Matters, from the Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks. It is the fourth grant awarded to the library district by the foundation for supporting end-of-life matters.

Springfield City Council reappointed Cindy Waites and Emily Denniston to the Springfield-Greene County Public Library Board with terms to expire in July 2023. Waites works as director of administration at Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri, and Denniston is vice president of public affairs for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.

Council appointed Felicia Morgan and Jamie Holstein to the Airport Board, with terms to expire in June 2023, and also reappointed Jaimie Trussell, Michael Hoppman, Joe Carmichael and Catherine Moore. Morgan is a senior vice president at Arvest Bank, and Holstein is a real estate agent with Murney Associates LLC. Trussell is the chief development officer and vice president of marketing and communications with Adult & Teen Challenge USA, and Hoppman is an insurance agent with Mutual of Omaha; their terms expire in June 2022. Carmichael is president and manager of Carmichael and Neal PC, and Moore practices law at Kirkland, Woods & Martinsen LLP. Their terms expire June 2023.
