BKD LLP promoted Jason Griffin, Brad Hashagen, Kyle Miller and Courtney Smith to senior managers and Elizabeth Wilson to senior managing consultant. Griffin is a member of the commercial team with a focus on clients in the manufacturing, distribution, construction and real estate industries.

On the financial services team, Hashagen provides tax services for financial institutions and private equity-owned corporate clients.

Miller provides audit services to public and private higher education clients and religious nonprofits. organizations. Smith provides tax services for individuals and companies in the construction, real estate, manufacturing and distribution industries.

A member of the health care billing services team, Wilson helps facilitate the billing process and performs revenue and accounts receivable recovery services, client training and other billing services.

Banking and Finance
Guaranty Bank promoted Cynthia Olmstead to manager and Jessica Meredith to assistant retail banking manager, and added Cheryle Finley as a community banking representative. Olmstead, who joined the bank last year as a retail banking officer, manages two Joplin branches.  Meredith joined the bank in September 2019 and has nearly seven years of banking experience. Finley has 35 years of banking experience, most recently at Simmons Bank.

Ozark Bank promoted Katie Baker to marketing director and added Bryan Keene as retail banking officer and branch manager of its downtown Ozark branch. With the bank for 10 years, Baker oversees and develops marketing strategies. Keene has 14 years of experience in financial services.

Media
Nexstar Media Group Inc. promoted Mike Spruill to vice president and general manager of its broadcast and digital operations in Springfield overseeing KRBK-TV, KOZL-TV, OzarksFirst.com and related social media channels. With 30 years of broadcast television marketing and sales experience, he succeeds the retiring Leo Henning.

SBJ Publishing Inc. hired McKenzie Robinson as a graphic designer and photographer to work on editorial and advertising projects. She has an associate degree in graphic design from Ozarks Technical Community College.

Real Estate
Green Circle Projects LLC added Jill Cooper as director of property. She is a former chief operations officer and president for Entrust Property Solutions and regional manager for TLC Properties.

Focal Pointe Outdoor Solutions Inc. added Greg Williams as partnership executive. He is responsible for developing new commercial business opportunities by helping Springfield and Branson-area businesses position their brands through landscape services. Williams has 30 years of experience with the chambers of commerce in Springfield and Lawrence, Kansas, as well as with the University of Missouri system.

Sales
Wiese USA Inc. added Dirk Williamson as a dock and door sales representative in the Springfield and Joplin markets. He has 40 years of overhead door and loading dock experience.
