Two Kansas City developers are partnering on a new apartment complex in the city.
Block Real Estate Services LLC and Sunflower Development Group plans to build a 10-story, 213-apartment complex near the Country Club Plaza shopping center.
The companies plan to include a pool with a swim-up bar, covered grill area, clubhouse and other amenities.
