Missouri legislators consider 11th hour incentive package for Royals

The Missouri legislature is considering an 11th hour incentive package for the Kansas City Royals in its final week of the session.

The plans call for $300 million for a new Royals stadium in Clay County.

If approved, the bill that reportedly has Gov. Mike Kehoe's blessing would commit the state to $15 million annually for 20 years.
