The state of Missouri has purchased an office building in Chesterfield as part of plans to consolidate its footprint in St. Louis.
The 116,000-square-foot building, along with its office equipment and adjacent garage, sold for $16.25 million, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
The property is located off Interstate 64 and Timberlake Manor Parkway.
