Whether or not his father, Bill Nesbitt, founder of Nesbitt Construction, intended to prepare his eight-year old son to take the helm, Michael finds the lessons on the jobsite from his childhood and adulthood to be invaluable. He says he has a legacy to uphold and hopes to improve on.
