Leawood, Kansas-based fast-food franchisee KBP Brands has added Sonic stores to its portfolio.
The company acquired 85 Sonic locations in six states from Columbia, South Carolina-based Boom Inc. The financial terms were undisclosed.
KBP Brands also operates Arby's, Taco Bell and KFC franchises.
