Cole County Judge Daniel Green has ruled that the Lake of the Ozarks casino proposal will appear on the November ballot in Missouri.
Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft’s office reportedly conceded that the measure did have enough valid signatures ahead of a planned trial over the petition. Ashcroft's office originally said it was short and did not certify it for the November election.
The proposal would be Amendment 5 on the Nov. 5 ballot.
