A U.S. bankruptcy judge has approved the proposed sale of St. Louis craft brewery Urban Chestnut Brewing Co.
Ladue-based Keg Holdings LLC previously submitted a $2.55 million offer through Urban Chestnut's bankruptcy proceedings.
Urban Chestnut filed for bankruptcy last year.
