J&J pens $14.6B deal

Johnson & Johnson penned a $14.6 billion deal to buy neurological drugmaker Intra-Cellular Therapies.

The deal is expected to boost J&J's footprint in the brain disease treatment market.

The deal is J&J's largest in at least two years.
