Italian restaurant chain Buca di Beppo has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
The company listed $10 million to $50 million in assets, as well as $50 million to $100 million in liabilities.
Chief Restructuring Officer William Snyder said the company's 44 locations would remain open.
