Project description: Hideaway Investments is creating an office/warehouse shell building designed for six tenants and the ability to hold up to 12. The preengineered metal building has decorative gray horizontal metal panels and a red metal canopy-style awning at each storefront. The interior has offices and open warehouse spaces up to 4,000 square feet. Derington Architects LLC is the project architect. Engineering work is by Heithaus Engineering & Associates Inc., civil; Edelman Engineering Corp., structural; and Latifi Engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
