Project description: Bolivar brothers Nick and Heath Seiner, organized as SB Waterworks LLC, are embarking on their first construction project with the building of a single-bay car wash that will also offer vacuums. They are adopting a convenience-based model, Nick said, with an unstaffed car wash accessible by phone app or coin-operated kiosk, which made for an easier market entry for the pair. “This model certainly is different than what I would consider a traditional full-service car wash with automatic bays plus a lot of self-serves,” he said. He added he enjoys working with his brother. “We’ve found that our strengths complement each other,” he said. When not working on their combined project, Nick is employed in business/economic development with Southwest Electric Cooperative, while Heath is director of software engineering at Duck Creek Technologies, according to LinkedIn.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
