Project description: On a 1.4-acre Grant Avenue Parkway parcel, HMNT Investments is erecting two three-story buildings with 42 apartment units each. The buildings will be connected by a roof and have a dog park between them. Morelock Builders & Associates officials say apartments will range from studio, measuring 483 square feet, to two-bedroom units at 1,193 square feet, most with 25-square-foot patios or balconies. A similarly named companion project by the same owners and development team, The Wayfarer in the Dale Apartments, is being built across the street and has a head start on its companion development; that one is scheduled to open in summer 2025.
