Project description: Rising near the intersection of Grand Street and the Grant Avenue Parkway corridor is The Knoll. The development is designed to feature 30 units, including nine two-bedroom, 18 one-bedroom and three studio apartments, catering to the needs of college students and young professionals, according to spokesperson Lotus Rain from Valiant Group. Rain reported construction is progressing steadily for the apartment building, which is now in the framing process. According to a December Springfield Business Journal story, Valiant Group aims to revive older properties to provide good housing in the Springfield community.
