Project description: A new storage facility in the southeast part of Bolivar will feature 100 units of various sizes, according to officials with the Economic Development Alliance for Bolivar and Polk County. General contractor Mike Thornbrugh said sizes range from 10-foot square units to large, expandable units. “There are a handful where a center divider can be removed so it’s 10-by-50; you can drive all the way through,” he said. There are 10 spots in the back for camper or trailer parking as well. Thornbrugh said one unique feature is a kiosk that allows people to rent and pay for units on the spot. “You don’t have to call somebody and go through a bunch of hoops,” he said.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
