Project description: Workers are putting the finishing touches outside and inside a familiar slope-roofed black and beige Scooter’s Coffee kiosk, set to open in Bolivar by Feb. 1. The Omaha, Nebraska-based franchise offers espresso drinks, smoothies, organic hot and iced teas, and cold brew coffee, as well as pastries and the company’s signature drink, called the Caramelicious. Sheldon Bouwens, owner of Bull Creek Construction, said the building is the standard drive-thru kiosk of the franchise, which the website notes has nearly 750 stores in the United States. Ozark-based BSP Coffee, owned by Bob Palmer, operates multiple Scooter’s Coffee franchises.
