Sheldon Bouwens, owner of Bull Creek Construction, said the building is the standard drive-thru kiosk of the franchise, which the website notes has nearly 750 stores in the United States. Ozark-based BSP Coffee, owned by Bob Palmer, operates multiple Scooter’s Coffee franchises.
