Project description: The Logan Estates Retail project in Rogersville is almost ready, according to Lori Barnes Miller, project manager for Morelock Builders & Associates. At the moment, it awaits exterior work, like sidewalk, curb and parking lot construction, and its six units at 1,750 square feet apiece will then be ready to lease to commercial tenants. The shell building is located near The Lodges at Logan Estates townhomes development and Logan Heights Apartments. Those projects are part of a Logan Estates LLC development originally estimated at $100 million. It kicked off in 2019 along U.S. Highway 60 on once-vacant acreage north of Citizens Bank of Rogersville, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting. Logan Estates is organized by Morelock Builders President Wayne Morelock, who is constructing a similar mixed-use development, Walker Heights, in Ozark.
