Project description: Through Glenngary LLC, Keller Williams Greater Springfield real estate agents Rhett Smillie, Adam Graddy and Dan Holt are building a mixed-use center and targeting tenants in real estate services. The shell building has space for up to seven tenants. “We have several spaces designed and will begin infills soon,” Smillie said via email. “We have letters of intent signed with a title company, an attorney, an insurance company and a mortgage lender.” He declined to disclose the businesses. Plans for the complex originated because of Keller Williams’ new local headquarters that are nearby at 1619 E. Independence St.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
