Project description: Magers Management Co. owner Randy Magers is building a two-story apartment building next door to his brother Bryan’s dorm development underway on the Missouri State University campus. General contractor Adam Pyle of BP Builders LLC said Holland Apartments is designed with 48 microunits, similar to Randy Magers’ new mixed-use property around the corner on Madison Street and Kimbrough Avenue. On Holland, two aging buildings were demolished next door to the Catholic Campus Ministry building, Pyle said. Shannon Handwerker, Magers Management’s vice president of operations, said the fully furnished studio apartments will lease for $675 per month, including utilities, internet, furniture and a smart TV.
The Republic School District is on track to open its Intermediate School for fifth- and sixth-grade students for the 2025-26 academic year.
