Project description: Commander Financial Services, a provider of floor plan financing to used car dealers, is building a new office and a private athletic training center. He plans to include two pitching lanes with assistive technology in the facility design. Tarbet said the idea came about after he purchased land to build a 2,500-square-foot office and realized he had more space than needed. Construction is expected to wrap up in May.
