Project description: A vacation, rental home development is underway on Table Rock Lake. The lakefront project off Highway 165 and Dale Avenue in Hollister will consist of 50 individually owned rental homes with an average value of $600,000, said Cole Currier, owner of Foggy River Realty LLC and a member of the development team. Currier said members of Branson Cove LLC saw an increased need for Airbnb-style properties in the Table Rock Lake area. Amenities include outdoor and indoor pools, a recreation area and a lakefront park with access to the lake. By press time, eight homes were completed and seven were sold. Additionally, 17 were under contract for a spring 2021 completion. The overall project won’t wrap until 2022.
