Project description: With offices in Neosho and Springfield, southwest Missouri general contractor Branco Enterprises Inc. is building a new office to serve the greater Springfield area. On 30 acres north of the James River Freeway/Route 360 extension, Branco is constructing its own one-story building with room for offices and a workshop, Vice President Sean Thouvenot said. Across the street from Carnahan-White Fence, the new location also will include room for a storage yard for company materials and equipment. Branco currently leases a 1,500-square-foot space in an office complex at 1525 E. Republic Road, Thouvenot said.
