Project description: Buildings A and B in Lot 3 of Boyce Subdivision in Republic are the first spec buildings of the mixed-use subdivision at the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 60 and Republic Road in Republic, according to a spokesperson from Rich Kramer Construction. The project includes two buildings – one 28,800 square feet and the other 24,000 – that can both be divided for separate tenants. They will each have two 8- by 9-foot dock doors and two 12- by 14-foot drive-in doors, with industrial heaters and fans in place and all-LED lights. The subdivision includes eight total lots, all of which are available for lease or purchase.
