Project description: West Plains-based developer Overland Properties LLC is adding on to the Battlefield Towers at the northeast corner of Lone Pine Avenue and Battlefield Road. The stand-alone building is designed for two tenants – one of which is set to be a second location for Kingdom Coffee, said developer Rod Hamby. The coffee shop, which also operates at 211 S. Market Ave., signed a five-year lease, he said, and a second tenant has not yet signed on. The building will feature nearly all glass walls and a back deck overlooking the greenway trail behind the property. Overland Properties also owns the Georgetown Square and Eastgate Plaza shopping centers in Springfield, as well as retail properties throughout southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas, said Hamby.
