A federal grand jury indicted a former Boeing pilot as part of a probe into two deadly 737 Max crashes.
Mark Forkner, 49, was charged with six counts of fraud.
He allegedly deceived the Federal Aviation Administration about a flight-control system that was later blamed for the crashes, according to the indictment.
