Fintech company Chime files for IPO

Financial technology company Chime has filed the paperwork for an initial public offering.

The company intends to trade under the CHYM ticker symbol on the Nasdaq.

Chime had roughly $12.4 million in net income on $518.7 million in revenue in its latest quarter.
