Curtis Millsap, owner of Millsap Farm, says their business model has changed over their twelve years in business. He says the question is no longer whether something is possible, but rather what they want to happen next. “There are more ideas and opportunities out there than we would even have resources or time to address,” Millsap says. “Part of our business plan has turned into this idea that we have to be really cautious now of what we take on.” Millsap says they can now share opportunities with other small farms they’ve mentored.
