“You’re never going to recruit if you don’t have a reason, so what is the reason to recruit to Springfield,” asks Susan Stith, Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Corporate Giving for Express Scripts. Stith says you must look five to fifteen years in to the future to assess the needs.
