As someone who works close by, I concur with the CVB. The hotel is in a very sad state. Landscaping is overgrown, coffee shop is always closed, and convention rooms are no longer a viable meeting option.

Atrium needs to do something. The idea of a first-class hotel being turned into a 3rd rate hotel is a real shame. Atrium should be ashamed of themselves. This shows absolutely no class on their part.
