There are several methods you can use to evaluate the culture of diversity and inclusion in your company says Susan Stith, Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Corporate Giving for Express Scripts. “The goal is not necessarily to be diverse,” Stith says. “The goal is to create an environment where my diversity is not held against me. The goal is to get to an inclusive environment where I am valued and respected every day and that I can walk in every day and be my authentic self.”
