Clear Creek Golf Car buys Oklahoma operation

Ozark-based Clear Creek Golf Car and Vehicles LLC is expanding into Oklahoma through an acquisition.

The company on March 1 closed on the purchase of Oklahoma City-based Justice Golf Car. The financial terms of the deal were undisclosed in a news release.

Like Clear Creek, Justice Golf Car is a Club Car brand distributor.

“The acquisition of Justice Golf Car was much more than a perfect geographic fit for us. It was an opportunity to acquire a highly successful established company, who like us, has built their business on service and support,” said Brian Cheever, CEO of Clear Creek Golf Car, in the release. “We believe there is a tremendous growth opportunity in this newly acquired territory and our entire team is excited for the opportunity to engage and make that happen.”

Clear Creek has gained the rights for Club Car sales and services across Oklahoma through the deal. Now, Clear Creek has eight locations with more than 100 employees in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma.

Clear Creek previously purchased a Club Car distributor in early 2021 in Little Rock, Arkansas, according to the release.

The company in 2022 moved to a new Ozark headquarters from Springfield, according to past reporting. The company's 2021 revenue was $29 million, up from $17 million in 2020.
