Joe Hornickel, planning and zoning director for the city of Branson, says one of the community's goals is to have year round jobs like manufacturing. While Branson has good access to highways, Hornickel says connections to railways and qualified workers are still obstacles. Hornickel is 2020 Springfield Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.
