Ankeny, Iowa-based Casey’s General Stores has reached a $1.1 billion acquisition deal.
The company is buying 198 CEFCO convenience stores in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Texas from Fikes Wholesale.
The deal would increase Casey's footprint to nearly 2,900 stores.
