The first phase of Whisper Cove, a project of Myer Land Development Co. of Branson, is completed. The luxury, mixed-use residential resort development is on Table Rock Lake. Myer Land has constructed a permanent, on-site sales and management office, and prepared 12 estate lots for construction. The natural stone and landscaped entryway to the community features a residential roundabout and aquifer fountain, using more than 300 tons of rock.
Future development phases call for a chapel, clubhouse and lake access for residents.
Group pursues sewer system sale
Savannah Heights Industrial Treatment Inc. has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking authority to sell its sewer system to Table Rock Lake Community Service Inc. dba Table Rock Lake Water Quality Inc.
According to the application, upon commission approval of this transaction, TRLCS intends to transfer ownership of the assets of Savannah Heights to the Ozarks Clean Water Co., a closely-affiliated Missouri not-for-profit corporation with headquarters in Kimberling City.[[In-content Ad]]
