Board gives preliminary approval to incentives for $200M STL project

The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority on Tuesday gave preliminary approval to an incentives package for a $200 million mixed-use development in St. Louis.

The vote recommends up to 10 years of 90% property tax abatement for the project.

St. Louis developer AHM Group is planning a 29-story apartment tower, office and retail on sites near the city's future Major League Soccer stadium.
