Springfield-based outdoor retailer Bass Pro Shops, a NASCAR sponsor for nearly 25 years, announced new sponsorship agreements with two drivers it has supported for years.

Martin Truex Jr.
Bass Pro will serve as the primary sponsor for driver Martin Truex Jr. during the 67th Daytona 500 on Feb. 16, according to a news release.

Truex, who announced his retirement from full-time racing last year, is slated to drive the No. 56 Bass Pro Shops Toyota Camry XSE with Tricon Garage. The financial terms of the sponsorship were not disclosed in the release.

“We are fired up to be back with Martin again at Daytona,” said Johnny Morris, Bass Pro founder, in the release. “We have had so many unforgettable moments throughout our more than 20-year relationship with Martin, on the track and out hunting and fishing together, and are looking forward to supporting him and conservation this year at Daytona."

Truex's career includes nearly 700 NASCAR Cup Series races, with 34 victories over 21 years.

Austin Dillon
Bass Pro this year will partner with East Alton, Illinois-based Winchester Ammunition to sponsor driver Austin Dillon’s No. 3 Chevrolet during the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season, according to a separate news release.

"We’re proud to have the Winchester team join us to salute the sportsmen and women of America on the legendary No. 3 RCR car," Morris said in the release.

The financial terms were not disclosed in the release for the deal, with Dillon driving for Richard Childress Racing.
