5 local companies make fast-growth Inc. 5000 list

Five local businesses made this year's Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the nation.

The companies' ranks ranged from 1,931 to 3,553 on the list published this week by Inc. magazine. Companies are ranked based on 2020-23 percentage revenue growth, though sales figures are not disclosed.

Springfield-based marketing agency Epic Strategies LLC is the top-placing local company on this year's Inc. 5000, with a ranking of No. 1,931 and three-year revenue growth of 270%. The company placed No. 980 last year.

Epic Strategies earlier this year was No. 11 on Springfield Business Journal's Dynamic Dozen fast-growth list, with 2023 revenue of $7.6 million and 2021-23 revenue growth of 137.2%.

On this year's Inc. 5000, Springfield-based Sun Solar LLC ranked No. 2,646, an improvement from No. 3,969 last year. The company, which provides solar panel installation and leasing programs, recorded three-year growth of 192%.

Sun Solar reported $51 million in companywide revenue for SBJ's 2024 Economic Impact Awards.

Coming in at No. 2,895 on the Inc. 5000 is Money Tree Lead Systems, a Springfield-based lead generation company that focuses on real estate. The company, which is registered as MoneyTreeLeadSystems LLC with the Missouri secretary of state's office, recorded 175% revenue growth between 2020 and 2023, according to Inc.

Springfield managed service provider ACIS IT Solutions ranked No. 2,898 with 175% revenue growth.

Nixa-based Xtreme Exteriors Roofing and Siding is No. 3,553 with 134% growth, according to the list.

Money Tree Lead Systems, ACIS IT Solutions and Xtreme Exteriors Roofing and Siding were not on last year's Inc. 5000 list.
