The entire board of directors of 23andMe has resigned.
In a letter to co-founder and CEO Anne Wojcicki, board members cited her plans to take the company private. Board members said they had "yet to receive from you a fully financed, fully diligenced, actionable proposal."
Wojcicki reportedly said she was "surprised and disappointed" and would immediately work to create a new board.
