Project description: On property that formerly housed MoDoCo Inc., owner Morris Dock of Three-D Properties Inc. is building a three-building retail and restaurant development designed by Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. He said The Flower Merchant Ltd. signed on to lease the first building. The second, a 4,000-square-foot building, is planned for completion in March and will house a restaurant, said Dock, with a third 2,500-square-foot building to be built at a later date. Dock has said site work will cost at least $600,000 with fill dirt brought in to even out a sloping terrain.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
