Project description: A second First Watch cafe will open on the east side of town early next year. Developers James Tillman and Joseph Hulston demolished a multitenant center to make way for the cafe that can hold over 100 customers. Tillman has said he and Hulston expect to invest at least $1 million opening the East Sunshine breakfast and lunch restaurant. Sapp Design Associates Architects PC completed the design work, with engineering services by J&M Engineering LLC, structural, and Toth and Associates Inc., civil.
