Springfield Workshop employees, above, are filling roughly 13 million plastic eggs this year as part of its Sunny Bunny Easter Eggs assembly project. This year marks the 10th anniversary and puts the production tally at about 85 million eggs. A staff celebration is scheduled April 10.

Farewell to the former Foster Hospitality Group headquarters at 426 S. Jefferson Ave. Crews are tearing down the art deco structure to make way for a $23 million student-housing development slated for completion in August 2019. The 27,000-square-foot building in its early days housed the Ozarks YWCA, according to Ozarks Alive.
