Wal-Mart CEO's compensation rises 13%

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. CEO Doug McMillon's compensation rose 13 percent in the fiscal year ended Jan. 31.

During the fiscal year, he earned $22.4 million, up from $19.8 million in the previous year.

McMillon has held the top role since February 2014.
